Project Details - Public Hearing for proposed four/ six laningof NH 13 including Solapur Bypass.A total of 155.197 hectares of land including private and government will be acquired for the construction of bypass, ROB, Flyover, junction improvements and two segregated carriageways.The environmental components are mainly impacted during the construction and operational stages of the project.During the construction of the proposed project, the topography will change due to excavation of borrow areas, stone quarrying, cuts and fills for project road and construction of project related structures Mandatory Clearances: Recommendation from the Standing Committee of National Board of Wild Life Clearance in pursuance to the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 4th December 2006 in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 460/2004, for the project.Tree felling permission from the respective Divisional Forest Officer / District Administration.The entire stretch of the project highway traverses through sub category seismic zone II of seismic zoning classification system. Protected Area:The Great Indian Bustard Sanctuary is located within the project area.Felling of trees: total of 555 trees of various species have been identified for felling
